General Manager

 

* Wholesale/Retail bakery is seeking an experienced general manager.

* Prefer someone with a keen eye for efficiency in a production baking facility.

* Must have a good understanding of the business side of baking including labor, costs, and  increasing sales.

* Must be proficient with Quickbooks and Excel.
